Method

Four layers. One log.

Every project contains the same four layers. We do not promise fully automated processes. We measure where an agent is reliable and let people decide exactly where it is not.

How we work

Beneath every answer lie four layers of work.

  1. Layer 1

    Data

Connect sources, describe schema and rules: PATSTAT, EPO and DPMA, your websites, your documents. Confidential material stays with local models on request.

  2. Layer 2

    Agents

They analyze, draft, repair and check against rules.

  3. Layer 3

    Expert review

People sign off: one person as the default, two for critical cases. The agent cannot sign off on its own.

  4. Layer 4

    Result

A report, an accessible document, a migrated website: delivered with a log excerpt, verifiable back to the source.

Traceable

What is recorded and where the data stays.

  • The log

  • Every decisionwith its source, the rule applied and the result.
  • New version instead of overwritingRollbacks and rework remain traceable.
  • Check rules before every sign-offThey are necessary, but they never replace the sign-off.
  • Your data

  • Read-only firstWrite access only with an additional sign-off.
  • Local modelsfor confidential data, on request without a connection to a cloud model.
  • Operation in the EUon your own infrastructure is possible.

In the three fields

The same method, three results.

Patent Intelligence

A report with disclosed queries

An agent builds the search and drafts the text. The figures come from SQL against PATSTAT, not from the language model. Nothing is published before the expert review.

Accessibility

An accessible PDF

48 pages, 7 difficult alt texts: agents repair and suggest, experts revise, the sign-off is given and the document is delivered.

AI Transformation

Multilingual websites moved to a new platform

Agents analyze, migrate and check page by page; the site owners sign off every page.
